So how did these presentations come about?
When members of the Knowledge Confluence Organization were on site with clients, they saw how some Agile practices could help their clients. At first they pointed their clients to one or more websites. Another option used, was creating a slide presentation that incorporated animations and voice overs to explain some aspects of Agile or Scrum. These presentations expanded and morphed into what you see today. The long term goal is to continue refining current presentations and expand to other Agile frameworks, along with introducing other practices like applying Lean, reducing the number of concurrent projects, “touch it once”, asking Why 5 times, and keeping it simple (KISS).
In general Knowledge Confluence Organization’s mission, is to create a repository of successfully used project management practices, then share that information in a coordinated way so others can benefit.
The symbols below, help clarify our logo, and the sequence shows incremental development of transforming a rectangle into a circle.
